No. 46 bij N.V. Scheepswerf "Gideon" v/h J. Koster Hzn in Groningen, bouwnummer 226
No. 47 bij Amsterdamsche Scheepswerf in Amsterdam, bouwnummer 2247
No. 48 bij Schouten in Muiden, bouwnummer 715
No. 49 bij De Groot en Van Vliet in Slikkerveer, bouwnummer 283
No. 50 bij N.V. Scheepswerf "Gideon" v/h J. Koster Hzn in Groningen, bouwnummer 227
No. 51 bij Schouten in Muiden, bouwnummer 716

It is good surprise for me find this boat names is your forum. I live in Istanbul and saw many times some Dutch made tugs boats. Number 45 still serving in same name. Number 47 is now in a shipyard. I am about to buy number 47 for renew. While i find some information here. Number 47 is half good condition now without engines. In march I will share some pictures with u. Best regard.

On 13th of January of 1950 the Turkish State in Istanbul asked the Northern shipbuilders in Groningen for prices for 4 pilot boats, 4 mooring boats, 1 diving boat, 1 5-tons floating crane, 1 10-tons floating crane, 1 tug seagoing, etc., etc. I guess the order for these tugs were the result of this. We look forward to see your pictures.
Het was mij ontgaan, maar door het geciteerde bericht van Simon Marrink is de werf op de foto nu bekend, nl. N.V. Scheepswerf "Gideon" v/h J. Koster Hzn in Groningen.
Nu nog het schip in aanbouw.
De werf is duidelijk, het is scheepswerf Gideon. De beide sleepboten hebben de bouwnummers 226 en 227.
Het schip in aanbouw is bouwnummer 228 en dat is de 600 tdw flush deck coaster "JASON".

Today i took pictures of Number 47 at shipyard. And also another tug which name is 'Kuvvet'. İt is very similar Number 47.
